Waste from international flights is not ordinary municipal waste. It is a controlled category with its own regime for decontamination, traceability and final treatment, and it remains the airline's obligation long after the aircraft has departed. We hold the permits to take it, and we run our own treatment site in Sarafovo.

HOW IT WORKS

Received, weighed, treated, documented

The site combines an enclosed room with controlled access, where waste is received and decontaminated, and an open concrete yard for vehicle washing. Every consignment is weighed on arrival and recorded in the statutory ledger, treated under the procedure set in our permit, and held until onward transport. It is never sorted at any point.

EQUIPMENT

Trolleys and trays, turned around at the same site

Trolleys, trays and rotable equipment are received, washed to documented procedures and held in secured premises, with stock levels tracked and reported. Storage can be seasonal, so between two seasons your equipment stays with us rather than in a warehouse you rent and pay for separately.

The service is available on its own, without using any of our other activities, and is contracted per run, per batch or per season.

Before you enquire

Who brings the waste to the site?

Your ground representative, on a schedule agreed in the contract. We also hold a nationwide registration for the collection and transport of waste, so collection from an agreed point can be arranged instead.

What documentation do we receive?

Accompanying paperwork for every consignment, with the weighed quantity recorded on arrival. Waste codes and annual tonnages are fixed in our permits and confirmed at contract stage.

Can we see the permits?

Yes. Permit numbers, the approved treatment procedure and site details are provided on request and attached to the contract.

Can we contract waste without catering or rooms?

Yes. The service stands on its own and is contracted separately.
