Experience in aviation catering since 2002
We started in 2002 as a flight kitchen in Burgas. Over the years we have prepared meals for passengers and crews on scheduled, charter and business flights, and gradually expanded into accommodation in our own hotels. Today we combine both services in one place: the crew rests, eats and collects its flight meals without changing address.
Over the years we have served a large number of charter and business flights for Bulgarian and European airlines, mainly as part of their summer seasonal programmes.
Crew accommodation for the whole season
Rooms are allocated according to the airline's rotation rather than standard check-in times. Crews arrive and depart as the flight schedule requires and rest in a separate, quiet part of the building.
We accommodate crews on passenger, charter and cargo flights. Contracts are concluded directly with the airline for the whole season, with terms and prices agreed in advance.

Two hotels in Sarafovo
Both hotels are located in Sarafovo, a few minutes from the terminal, and are managed by one team. For larger rotations we distribute crews between them on the same terms, under the same contract and with one invoice.

18 rooms and apartments. A smaller, quieter hotel, suited to smaller crews and short stays.

Meals under contract
The kitchen is located in the same building where our guests stay. We prepare individually packed flight meals to order and on schedule. They are collected at the hotel on departure, by the crew or by other airline staff. This removes the need for a separate supplier, additional transport and the risk of missed timings.
Our menus are light and seasonal, suited to eating on duty. They include sandwiches on ciabatta, baguette or wholegrain bread, hot dishes such as steamed fish, chicken or veal with rice and braised vegetables, fresh salads and fruit. The selection is agreed with the airline and rotated to avoid repetition within the week.
- Flight meals. To order and on schedule, collected at the hotel on departure by the crew or by airline staff.
- Special diets. Vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free, diabetic and allergen-aware meals. Prepared at the client's request, with terms agreed in the contract.
- One invoice. Meals are invoiced together with accommodation.
