Our Aviation catering team’s motto is “tasty bite, even on board”. Your passengers and your staff can enjoy a meal, prepared with love and respect for food as more than a simple nourishment.

Our menus include variety of sandwiches, fresh salads, warm meals, alluring appetizers, flavoursome bruschetta and desserts.

SUGGESTIONS

SANDWICHES

Our sandwiches combine freshly baked bread, salad and a selection of cheese. You can opt for an italian ciabatta, french baguette, white, oat or wholegrain bread. We can add high quality cheese such as Bulgarian yellow “kashkaval”, cheddar or emmental, combined with fresh vegetables, cold cuts, ham or turkey slices, garnished with flavourful sauses and toppings.

Our sandwiches are a perfect aviation catering option for morning and/or short-distance flights. Every serving is prepared right before the flight so your passengers and crew can enjoy a fresh meal every time.

MAIN COURSE

Long-distance, day-time and night-time flights often require serving at least one warm meal for the passengers. Our chefs prepare entire menus that are as close to home-made or restaurant food as possible. We strive to offer our clients healty and energizing meals that will nourish the bodies and spirits of your passengers and crew.

Our suggestions include variety of recipes for sea-food, fish, chicken, veal and vegetarian dishes. They are balanced, healthy and delicious. Air.Catering also provides options for passengers on a vegetarian diet, passengers with allergies and other specific preferences.

SALADS AND ENTRÉES

Every wholesome meal, served on a long-distance flight, includes a fresh salad. Besides being rich in vitamins and minerals, a carefully curated salad is also believed to be “food for the soul”, playing with our senses with it’s bright colors and aromas.

Our chefs also prepare flavoursome bruschetta and appetizers that can be added to every meal. Recipes include mear, sea-food, dairy and vegetable options.

DESSERTS

As the final touch to every meal menu we add something sweeet. It can be a classic Bulgarian chocolate bar or a piece of home-made cake. For those who prefer the healthier options, we have fruit salads with seasonnal produce.

BEVERAGES

Last, but not least, we deliver variety of beverages. You can order variety of hot drinks, soft drinks and light alcohol. Air.Catering also serves coffee, energizing black tea and bottled drinks.
