The production kitchen sits inside the hotel where the crew rests. Volumes, menus and handover times are fixed in the framework agreement, so the daily order only confirms the count. Supplies are handed over to the airline before departure, and we do not deliver to aircraft.

Every meal is packed for one person and labelled with its contents and shelf life. Each batch carries its own documentation, produced under a certified food safety system, so the record exists before anyone asks for it.
We operate as a regulated supplier of in-flight supplies, with an approved security programme and a controlled-access production site a few minutes from the terminal. Alongside crew meals we produce passenger meals and ranges for on-board retail.
Supplies are produced at our site and handed over to the airline at an agreed point and time. From that point onward, handling follows the airline's own programmes. We do not deliver to aircraft, so nothing in the chain depends on ramp access or on a third party's schedule.
Full documentation is provided on request and attached to the contract.
